PMC - PERTAMINA RDMP RU V WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Rapid assists the project owner in achieving improved capacity and quality for their desalination plant at a better price. This is achievable by engineering and designing the suitable technology and processes that comply with our client’s standard. We then support the project owner through to the delivery of the technology on-site to ensure perfect delivery and quality.
Scope :
- Fabrication and supply of Sea Water Desalination, Reverse Osmosis, De-mineralization and Re-mineralization system
- Specialization in carbon steel, super duplex stainless steel, glass reinforced epoxy (GRE), and fiber-reinforced plastic materials
- Project schedule control
- Technical assistance during the project execution design phase

Sea Water Desalination, Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis, De-mineralization and Re-mineralization System, and Energy Recovery Device using the most current and reliable technology.
DOSING PACKAGE
- Consist of 48 skid package
- 12 hypo dosing and poly dosing units, including pumps
- 7 CS- SS Vessels weighing 12.4 Tonnes, using SA 516 Gr 70 and SA 240 Gr. 316
- Remineralization Vessel weighing 43.3 Tonnes using SA 240 Gr. 316
- Sludge Thickener
PIPE RACK FABRICATION
Fabrication and installation frame, rack, and piping for the skids and the whole system, also its instruments such as valves. Also uses special grade corrosive resistance Super Duplex Stainless Steel
GLASS REINFORCED EPOXY
This facility’s piping system also using GRE pipe due to its properties that can withstand high temperature, excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, also able to handle seawater.
