Manage construction activities to ensure compliance with cost, time, contract specification, health and safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Also, manage the development and implementation of programs associated with project plans.
Scope :
- Manage construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirement
- Manage specific section of the construction project
- Review and interpret construction plans
- Process and control all types of project document on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers is maintained
- Prepare and update on-site emergency plan, safety reports, policies and safety manuals
- Supervise, review, and assess the work of appointed consultants
