Scope :
Enerco is the pioneer of TDAE plant in Indonesia, utilizing its own unique technology. This presented additional challenge, as we had no predecessor in constructing the TDAE Plant.
We successfully completed the construction of the plant on-time, on-budget, and proudly exceeded the designed performance.

Challenges
- Initial schedule from October 2017 – April 2019 (18M)
- Status as per April 2018: progress 26% (lag 16%)
- Dispute with sub-contractors in term of scope of work and budget.
- Assisting CESCO for chemical cleaning
