PT Rapid Infrastruktur Indonesia, a company operating in the Contractor and Consulting Engineer sector, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on May 12, 2023. The RUPS, held at RA Suite Simatupang, South Jakarta, aimed to discuss and formulate the company’s strategic steps in facing challenges and opportunities in the rapidly growing infrastructure sector in Indonesia, as well as addressing internal company matters.
In this RUPS, the shareholders of PT Rapid Infrastruktur Indonesia gathered to discuss various important issues related to the company’s direction and goals. The meeting was attended by PT Rapid Infrastruktur shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, and the company’s management. The participants of the RUPS played a crucial role in providing guidance and approval for the company’s strategic plans.
In his opening remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of PT Rapid Infrastruktur Indonesia, Mr. Thomas Gunawan, emphasized the importance of improving the company’s performance to drive growth and development. He also explained the company’s plans to expand project sectors, enhance connectivity, and strengthen internal resources within the company.
The RUPS also provided an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions and provide input regarding the company’s performance and future plans.
